An educational tour was organized for UG and PG students of Biotechnology Department to Indo-Israel Centre of Excellence for vegetables (CEV) and Jung-e-Azadi Memorial, Kartarpur on 20^th February, 2020. Dr. Jaspreet Singh (In Charge Tours) and Prof. Priya accompanied a group of 45 students for the same. Dr. Daljit Singh Gill (Project Officer - CEV) interacted with the students and gave a lecture, elaborating the research activities and developments taking place in the centre. Participant students inspired and learnt a lot by observing the applied aspect of the research theories and methodologies studied in their syllabi. The visit was highly successful being an informative, interesting and joyful one.
