On 17th October 2023, a group of 73 students and 4 staff members from K.K. Wagh College, Nashik visited P.G. Department of Biotechnology at Khalsa College, Amritsar.

Educational Visit of K.K. Wagh College of Agricultural Biotechnology, Nashik, Maharashtra: On 17^th October 2023, a group of 73 students and 4 staff members from K.K. Wagh College, Nashik visited  P.G. Department of Biotechnology at Khalsa College, Amritsar. The visit was coordinated by Dr. Kamaljit Kaur, with Dr. Amanpreet Kaur Sidhu serving as the sub-coordinator. The students were introduced to the various perspectives of biotechnology. The students visited Plant Tissue Culture lab, Animal Tissue culture Lab, Bioprocess Engineering Lab and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry lab. The student participants showed keen interest in learning the day to day activities of department. The possibility of providing summer training to these students were also discussed by the H.O.D. The visit was also convened and facilitated by Dr. Mukesh Chander, Dr. Jaspreet Singh and other honorable staff members.
