Post Graduate Department of Botany, Khalsa College, Amritsar has organised one day compulsory field visit to Rajinder Agri Clinic, Manawala, Amritsar. The students of M.Sc. (Botany) Sem. III accompanied by teacher in-charge Dr. Harjinder Singh and Dr. Madhu have visited this place. Students have got first hand training on various plants based agricultural techniques in various sections like Medicinal & Aromatic Plants Cultivation unit, Organic Farm, Vermi-compost unit, Biopesticide production, Essential oil extraction plant and Coco peat production.  Students have got valuable knowledge about various seasonal vegetable seedlings, flowering plants, indoor plants, fruit plants, medicinal and aromatic plants from Dr. Rajinder Singh (owner) and Ms Ramandeep Kaur (Executive) in Rajinder Agri Clinic. Students have also taken lunch at Haveli, G.T. Road Jandiala, Amritsar after this visit. Overall this visit was a great success as students have learned and enjoyed a lot in this visit.
