Students of Department of Food Science and Technology received best presentation award

Students of Department of Food Science and Technology, Khalsa College, Amritsar received best presentation award on their research on "Effective Food waste Management" in a five day competitive workshop on "Research Methodology and Research Publication and Research Cases" held at National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (Ministry of Food Processing and Technology), Sonipat in which ninety scholars from 27 universities participated. The presentation covered different methodologies involved to handle surplus food waste and its effective utilization to obtain value added products. Principal Dr Mehal Singh congratulated the students, Head and staff members of the department for their achievement.
