Department of Food Science and Technology organized a Faculty Development Programme on "Preparation of Cakes, cookies and other bakery items" from dated 17-4-21 to 23-4-21 in collaboration with IQAC and Skill Development Centre of Khalsa College Amritsar. In this programme about fifty teachers from different departments participated. It was a workshop type faculty orientation which was very much appreciated by teachers and demanded to conduct more such programmes. Teachers prepared various types of bakery items such as cakes, cookies, waffles, pizzas, and biscuits. Mrs. Ritika was the resource person for this FDP.
