Department of Food Science and Technology organized a Faculty Development Programme on "Preparation of various bakery items" from dated 06-8-21 to 13-8-21 in collaboration with IQAC Khalsa College Amritsar. Department of Agriculture of Khalsa College also collaborated in the same FDP. About thirty five teachers participated in this programme. This programme was second in the series of preparation of bakery items and teachers were given practical training about the bakery items that were left in the first programme especially garlic bread, cream rolls, different pastry items and cookies etc. The programme was well received by the teachers
