A new vocational Food Processing course was offered in the department of Food Science and Technology from Session July 2020. This was a skill based course which was recently approved by the UGC to impart skill based education to the students. This course has multiple entry and exit facility, student can join at any stage of his/her life. It is a three year course in which Certificate is given after 6 months and Diploma after one year of completion. A student is eligible for Advanced Diploma after passing 2 years and degree is imparted after the completion of 3 years
