The Seminar on "Navigating Study Abroad Options in Food Technology" was held on April 11, 2024 by IDP in collaboration with P.G. Dept. of Food Science and Technology, Khalsa College Amritsar


 

The Seminar on "Navigating Study Abroad Options in Food Technology" held on April 11, 2024, at the Seminar Room of Khalsa Global Reach Foundations Skill Development Centre, Khalsa College Amritsar, was a comprehensive exploration of opportunities for students interested in pursuing higher education in the field of Food Technology overseas. The event, organized by IDP in collaboration with the P.G. Department of Food Science and Technology, Khalsa College Amritsar, provided valuable insights into the various study abroad options available, along with guidance from expert resource persons.

The seminar featured three distinguished resource persons:

  1. Mr. Karandeep Rai: Mr. Rai, an eminent figure in the field of education counseling, shared his expertise on choosing the right destination and institution for studying Food Technology abroad. He provided valuable insights into factors such as academic reputation, research opportunities, and career prospects, helping students make informed decisions about their academic pursuits.
  2. Ms. Sukhveen Kaur (Australia Expert): Ms. Kaur, an expert in Australian education, offered a detailed overview of study opportunities in Food Technology in Australia. She highlighted the diverse range of programs available, the application process, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities, empowering students with the knowledge needed to navigate the Australian education system effectively.
