Tech-Era Computer Society of  Khalsa College Amritsar organized one day workshop on  “Developing Advanced Applications Using Python Language”. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Shalinderpal Singh COO of VMM Institute Amritsar. On behalf of Principal Sir, Dr. M.S.Batra and Prof. Harbhajan Singh convener of  Tech-Era Computer Society P.G. department of Computer Science and Applications welcomed Mr.Shalinderpal Singh by giving them a living plant. Dr. M.S.Batra appreciated the efforts of Computer Science department for organizing this workshop for the students. The purpose of the workshop was to enhance the practical skills in programming language Python.

In the workshop, Mr.Shalinderpal Singh developed a version of snake game and demonstrated its working by using Pycharm software. He motivated the students to learn different programming languages and put their own efforts in improving skills. Students gained a lot from this workshop and developed online snake game.

Prof. Harbhajan Singh Randhawa, Convener Tech-Era Computer Society gave a vote of thanks to the delegates. Dr.Rupinder Singh Co-convener Tech-Era Computer Society played a vital role in coordinating this workshop. During the workshop Prof. Sukhwinder Kaur, Dr. Mani Arora and other staff members were present.
