“Alumni Meet”

P.G. Department of Computer Science and Applications Khalsa College, Amritsar organized Alumni meet on 12^th March, 2022 at 10:30 AM in the department. Speaking on the occasion, Prof Harbhajan Singh,Head, PG Department of Computer Science & Applications said that the purpose of the alumni meet is to promote interaction between the alumni and the faculty members of the department and between the alumni themselves. Head of the department Prof.Harbhajan Singh and coordinator of the alumni meet Dr.Mani Arora welcomed the alumni. It was followed by showing PPT of Computer Science department byProf.Harbhajan Singh.He said that the  Alumni is important for the strategic growth and advancement of higher education programs. Though alumni typically move away from campus to pursue a career, they can stay in touch and build a global professional network.

 The old students of the department from various batches including Mr.VinodKalia, Mr. Amanpal Singh, Mr.Kirandeep Singh,Mr.Gurpreetsingh, Mr.Rishabh Duggal,Mrs. Guneet Kaur, Mrs.SimranjeetKaur,Mrs.Satinderpal Kaur, Ms.Samreet Kaur, Mrs. Kirandeep Kaur, Mrs.PritikaMehra,  Mrs.Sumit Chhabra and many others attended the meet.It made the day memorable for themselves and the department.All of them are placed in various schools or colleges. At the end, Prof.Harbhajan Singh, Prof.Sukhwinder Kaur and Dr.Mani Arora presented Momentos to the Alumni.Prof.SonaliTuli conducted the stage. Prof.Prabhjot Kaur, Dr.Anureet Kaur and other staff members were present there. The function was carried out with great enthusiasm.
