Khalsa College has always have a highly status in sports. During the year 2018-19 again maintain the Excellence in International and National Sports Arena. College Won the Overall General Championship Trophy with 29368 points in men section in G.N.D.U during 2017-18.18 players of different games participated in different International tournaments. Four players participated in Asian games held at Jakarta in which Lakshay won silver medal in trap shooting and Ravi Kumar (Kurush), Akhil Sheron (Shooting) & Kabita Devi (Fencing) participated. Arpandeeep Kaur Bajwa (Athletic) Participate Junior World Championship at Finland, Bronze medal in Asian Jr. Athletic Championship, Gold medal in South Asian Jr. Athletic Championship. Sumit Shokeen, Ankur Dubey and Akshay Kumar (Water sports) participated in World University held at Hungary, Parbhleen, Manpreet Kaur and Priyankia (Hockey) won silver medal in Six Nation Tournament which held at Belgium. Reet (Hockey) Silver medal at Youth Olympic held at Argentina 2018. Shamsher Singh (Handball) won Silver medal in Thailand, Taranjit Singh won Bronze medal against Kazakhstan in Russia (Uzbekistan). Gurjant Singh won silver medal in Dubai World cup. Meghna (Shooting) won one Gold medal and One Silver medal at World University 2018.vanash (Fencing) participated in Jr. World championship at Verona (Italy). Bhaqani Devi (Fencing) won silver medal sabre event at Touroi (France). 466 Player (Men & Women) of different game have participated in Guru Nanak Dev University Inter College tournaments, in which College secured 12 winner,12 runner-up,02 second runnerup position in men section, and 09 Winner,01 Runner up and 01 Second Runner up position in women section. In all India interuniversity Tournaments College won 58 gold, 60 silver, 50 bronze medals. Department has organized a Khalsa Inter College Diwali tournament for Khalsa Institutions &Annual Prize Distribution function from 27 October to 05 November 2018.More than 160 outstanding players were honoured during the function, which was presided over by S. Rajinder Mohan Singh Ji Chhina. Khalsa College is always committed to nurture the budding player to achieve great heights in their sports careers.
