Interactive talk by Dr. Anandpal Singh, Alumna

Talk was organised by Duncliff Society of PG department of chemistry, Khalsa college Amritsar, on 22 janaury 2024 at 11:30 in smart room of chemistry department for the current students of Graduate B.Sc. SEM II and IV(Hons.) Chem. and Postgraduate  M.Sc. Sem II and IV .A welcome address was given by Dr. Amit anand , HOD of Chemistry Department.

 Dr. Anandpal is serving as director, technical services Laboratory Lactalis plants in Canada.Lactalis is a multinational dairy company headquartered in France. It is mainly involved in production and distribution of various dairy products.Dr. Anand told that this company invests in innovation and research to develop new products, improve existing formulations and enhance production processes. He make the students aware of number of analysis involved to check the quality of dairy products .

Dr. Hardeep kaur thanked the guest to tell the importance of ingredients list given on foodpacking  and dairy packing.

This interaction provide the exposure to cutting edge research and insights into potential career paths in research.
