Khalsa College Computer Science Students Shines in University Exams

Students of Khalsa College, Amritsar (An Autonomous College) achieved top positions in the final exams of University held in May, 2018. M.Sc.(Computer Science)-final year students namely Sukhmandeep Kaur and Mandeep Kaur brought laurels to college by standing first (79%) and second (78.2%) respectively in university examination. Gurpreet Kaur and Simran of M.Sc. (Computer Science)-1^styear securedfirst (76.3%) and second (74.4%) position. M.Sc. (IT)-final year students namely Navneet Kaur stood 2^nd (77.7%) and Kajal stood 4^th (76.7%). Manjot Kaur and Sandeep Kaur of  M.Sc. (IT)-1st year stood first (81.5%) and second (81.4%) respectively. BCA- 1^st year student Kanchanbir Kaur stood fourth by securing 79%.B.Sc. (IT)-2^nd year students Anureet Kaur and Amritpal Singh stood first (82.4%) and second (82.1%) resp. B.Sc. (IT) - final year student Ravinderjit Kaur stood first by scoring 82.3% marks.

Principal Dr. Mehal Singh congratulated the students who worked hard to achieve their goals.  He appreciated the hard work of Head of Department Prof. Harbhajan Singh and the faculty members who helped the students to make their college proud with their results in the exams. He always encourages students by announcing incentives and cash prizes to meritorious students who brought laurels to the college with an outstanding performance. He gave the students warm regards and wishes for their bright future and wished them success in life
