Khalsa college Amritsar organized workshop on Personality Development

August 22, 2019 Amritsar. The Post Graduate Dept. of English of the historic Khalsa College organized one day workshop on Personality Development. Er. Vishal Nayyar of Vision care best educationist awardee for the year 2016-2017 and 2017-18 consecutively graced the occasion as a resource person, while Dr. Mehal Singh, the Principal of the College presided over the function.

Dr. Mehal Singh, in his address, in the inaugural ceremony, emphasized on the holistic development of personality in the era of cut throat competition. Er. Vishal Nayyar while motivating the students informed that personality development is totality of person. It is not external looks but character, behavioral traits and attitude towards life. He stressed on need to adopt a positive attitude.

Prof. Sukhmeen Bedi, Dean Academic Affairs and Head of Department presented the Vote of Thanks and appraised that college constantly takes keen interest for the betterment of its students. The students of B.A. (Hons.) English and M.A. English benefitted the occasion. Prof. Anupam Sandhu, Prof. Supninderjit Kaur, Prof. Parneet Dhillon, Dr. Sawant Singh Manto, Prof. Malkinder Singh, Prof. Daljeet Singh, Prof. Mamta Mahendru, Prof. Vijay Bernard, Prof. Jaswinder Kaur, Prof. Pooja Kalia, Prof. Gurpreet Singh, Prof. Harsh Salaria, Prof. Saurav Megh and other faculty members were present on this occasion.
