5 students Ujjwal Lakhanpal, Deepak Kumar, Ankit Partap, Sanchit Kaushal and Sanjeev Sharma of P.G. Dept. of Computer Science& Applications, Khalsa College,Amritsar got placed in a multinational company WIPRO. Wipro is a global Information Technology, consulting and outsourcing company, which engages in the development and integration of solutions. It operates through the Information Technology Services and Information Technology Products Segments. Selected studentsgot a salary package of 2laces and incentives per annum. Principal Dr. Mehal Singh congratulated the selected students and the Placement Team and said that it is a very big achievement for Khalsa College. Students to be selected in such a renowned company are a matter of pride. It is the result of appropriate training provided by the Training & Placement Cell of the college which is appropriately working for the betterment of the students and grooming them for such companies. Prof. Harbhajan Singh Randhawa, Director, Training and Placements congratulated the students and assured that such more companies will visit the campus in near future. Asst.
