Training and Placement Cell of Khalsa College, Amritsar organized a Seminar entitled “Combat Conquest: Fight For Success” on 16^th Oct, 2023 in collaboration with Institute of Banking and Training , Amritsar  for final year graduates. Dr. Mehal Singh, Principal Khalsa College Amritsar, Dr.Harbhajan Singh Randhawa , Director Training & Placement Cell, Dr. Anureet Kaur, Assistant Director ,Training & Placement Cell welcomed Mr. Jatinder Kumar and Mr. Jatin Mohan Sharma with a living plant.

The key facilitator was Mr. Jatinder Kumar, Center Head, Institute of Banking and Training. He guided the students on how to prepare for competitive exams to seek good opportunity in government as well as private sector.  He discussed about the preferences of multinational companies, Government, Insurance and Banking sector. Then Jatin Mohan Sharma explained various short and quick tricks to enhance and sharpen the reasoning and quantitative ability of the students. He also highlighted the significance of communication skills needed for better decision making.

Principal, Dr. Mehal Singh highlighted that these seminars are crucial part of the academics that helps the students to gain knowledge and expertise which will surely help them in future.

He appreciated the efforts of Training and Placement Cell for organizing such seminars from time to time which train our student to be creative, innovative and polish their skills needed for the industry. Prof Harbhajan Singh assured the students that such programs will be arranged in future also so that no stone is left unturned in shaping the future of students. Placement Coordinators Prof Sonali Tuli, Prof  Haryali Dhillon ,Prof Rohit Kakaria assisted in organizing this event under the able guidance of Prof Harbhajan Singh and Dr. Anureet Kaur.
