Workshop on Effective Communication Skills and Personality Development

A two-day workshop on “Effective Communication Skills & Personality Development” was organized by Training & Placement Cell of Khalsa College, Amritsar on October 31^st and November 1^st, 2017. Ms. Kavita Kahlon, an experienced soft skills trainer trained the students of Computer Science and Commerce. Registrar, Prof. Devinder Singh along with Director Training and Placements, Prof. Harbhajan Singh Randhawa gave a floral welcome to Ms. Kavita Kahlon and appreciated the efforts of Training & Placement Cell for organizing this event for the students. Ms. Kavita Kahlon guided the students of Computer Science and Commerce about Personality Development, attire of the students during the interview, how to appear in the interview, general etiquettes and conducted mock interviews with the students. She discussed about the preferences of multinational companies, Banks and Service Sectors according to the stream she addressed. Prof. Harbhajan Singh, Director, Training & Placement Cell thanked Ms. Kavita Kahlon and said that proper training is necessary for the students to appear in the interview and  for that reason Training & Placement Cell is organizing these workshops. Placement coordinators Prof. Sukhpuneet Kaur and Prof. Poonamjeet Kaur organized this event.
